We offer shipping in the US.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping will be calculated at check out based on product purchased and amount. Ordered over $50.00 qualifying for free shipping in the US.

POLICY AROUND RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DAMAGES, and LOST PACKAGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@veluk.us. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are processed within 2 business days when inventory is available, excluding holidays and during processing a high volume of orders.

Our Economy Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS, USPS, and several regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day.

This shipping method is available for shipments to the contiguous U/S states, Alaska, Hawaii, U/S Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Unfortunately, we cannot place orders that ship to addresses outside of the US.
